Ingredients:
4) Salmon fillets. (Wild caught Alaska is best)
Dark brown sugar
Garlic Salt
2) Fresh Lemons Quartered
Preparation:
Use a metal vegetable grilling tray.
Place
tray on a cookie sheet to help with cleanup.
Spray the vegetable
tray with non-stick oil. (Your choice, vegetable, olive,
ect.)
Melt 1/4 stick of
butter in small bowl.
Add equal an amount
of honey to butter, reheat, and set aside.
Clean and rinse the
fillets and place them on the vegetable tray skin side
down.
Sprinkle with
Garlic Salt.
Sprinkle lightly
with Brown Sugar.
Drizzle some of
the Honey/Butter mix over fillets, and set aside remainder
aside.
Cooking:
Preheat the
grill.
Set the grill on
medium heat.
Place the vegetable tray with salmon on the grill and
close the lid.
Cook 6 minutes and check the internal temperature.
Done temperature is
120 degrees.
Continue to check
internal temperature every 2 minutes.
You may need to
rotate the tray occasionally for even cooking.
Remove the tray
from the grill.
Reheat remaining
Honey/Butter mix and baste fillets.
Serve
immediately.
