Ingredients:
8 oz. Apple Juice (small bottle)

TBS. Kosher or Sea Salt
1
TBS. Black Pepper
1
TBS. Garlic Powder
4 TBS. Brown Sugar
4 tsp. Maple Extract (Optional)
Mix well.
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well and occasionally throughout the injection process.
Inject
with the grain, evenly throughout the meat.
Allow
to rest at least 2 hours to overnight.
Do
not apply rub until 30 to 60 minutes prior to going in the
smoker.
